What do you want to be different by December?

Clarity ➡ Confidence ➡ Credibility

Transitioning top individual contributors into effective people-first team leaders.

Hi Reader,

Summer is winding down.

Vacations are wrapping up, schedules are getting back to normal, and somehow we’re already looking at the final four months of the year.

So, here’s a question worth asking:

What do you want to be different by December?

Maybe you want to feel more confident leading your team.

Maybe there’s a difficult conversation you’ve been putting off.

Maybe your managers need help developing the people skills their roles demand.

Or maybe your team has spent enough time talking about what needs to change and is ready to actually do something about it.

As we head into the fall, I’m opening my calendar for new coaching, virtual leadership training, consulting, and speaking engagements focused on helping managers lead with greater clarity, confidence, and credibility.

If there’s something you, or your organization, want to make progress on before the end of the year, I’d love to hear about it.

Just reply to this email and tell me what’s going on.

Four months is plenty of time to make a difference.

Till next week,

I’m David Hofstetter, a coach and corporate trainer with 30 years of experience helping managers cut through the noise. Each week, I share real-world coaching, clear strategies, and straight talk, so you can work with confidence and stop second-guessing yourself.

Know someone who’d benefit from this? Forward this email or send them to https://davidhofstetter.co to sign up.
